Horizontal Brush Hygiene Barrier is specially designed to ensure underfoot cleaning at the entrance and exit of production facilities. Thanks to its stepped transition structure, it offers controlled hygiene in both entry and exit directions.
Scrubbing and Disinfection System
- The system has 2 brushes, each driven by independent gearmotors.
- In the first stage, the soles of the feet are mechanically scrubbed with water .
- In the second stage, the cleaning process is completed by spraying the disinfectant liquid evenly on the brushes.
- Brushes are modular, easy to disassemble and assemble, maintenance friendly.

Cascading Transition Structure
The unit is designed with a step platform that allows controlled stepping both on entry and exit. This structure increases the disinfection effect by extending the scrubbing time.
