Hygiene Barrier with Turnstile with Horizontal Brushes
The Hygiene Barrier with Turnstile produced by Areksan provides hygiene control in three stages at the entrance to production areas. Personnel first clean the soles of their shoes, then pass to the time-controlled hand washing station. In the last step, hands are disinfected and pass through the turnstile. The system makes full compliance with hygiene rules mandatory.
1. Cleaning Under Shoes
Two horizontal brushes located at the inlet rotate with gearmotors. The brushes, made of Nylon 34 material, mechanically remove dirt, sludge and biological residues from the bottom. At the same time, the brushes come into contact with the disinfectant liquid. Thus, mechanical and chemical cleaning is realized together.
2. Hand Washing Control with Time Relay
At the hand washing station, the time relay is activated. For example, if the system is set to 15 seconds, the personnel must wash their hands within this time. If hand washing is not completed before the time is up, the turnstile will not open. This mechanism makes passage possible only when full hygiene is ensured.
3. Hand Disinfection and Transition
Staff disinfect their hands in a double bowl after hand washing. After all procedures are completed, the turnstile allows passage.
Turnstile and Control Systems
The Hygiene Barrier with Turnstile does not allow users who have not completed the hygiene steps to pass. It works integrated with token, card access and access control systems. Control is provided with 5-48 V dry contact, TTL or CMOS signals.
