32 pcs Boot Drying Unit
The drying unit with 16 pairs of boots capacity is manufactured with 304 quality stainless steel material. The body sheet thickness is 1.4 mm and the diameter of the boot hanger pipes is 42 mm with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm. A patented air control valve is used at the ends of the pipes to ensure precise routing of the air outlet.
As heat source, there are two heaters each with 1000 W power. A 1250 m³/h capacity snail fan inside the unit directs the hot air directly into the boats. The whole system is controlled by a thermostat and the temperature is kept constant.
In the lower panel section, the reducer, heater and other distribution elements are regularly positioned. The product is also offered with special production options according to different number of boats. Mechanical parts are completely customized according to the usage scenario.
